Introduction

Museum of Illusions Copenhagen partnered with LoopNordic to strengthen its position within the Travel Trade market. The ambition was not only to increase visitor numbers but to establish a scalable commercial foundation that would support long-term growth through strategic partnerships and structured sales activities.

Project summary

LoopNordic developed a Travel Trade strategy and operational sales plan, identifying the most relevant market segments, distribution channels and commercial opportunities. Based on this strategy, we created a tailored contract framework, sales propositions for key target groups, and a prioritized roadmap for activating the Danish Travel Trade market.

Beyond strategic planning, LoopNordic supported the implementation through targeted sales outreach to cruise-focused DMCs and incoming operators, the planning and execution of a dedicated Travel Trade launch event, recommendations for high-impact B2B trade shows and events, and guidance on OTA distribution and partnership opportunities.

"LoopNordic helped us turn our Travel Trade ambitions into a structured commercial strategy with clear priorities and tangible actions. Their industry knowledge, strategic approach and hands-on implementation have given us a strong foundation for building long-term partnerships and growing our presence in the Travel Trade market."
